Designed for Teknokat Marine, an Italian manufacturer, the “TubiQ” by designer Marcello Ligabue is a floating house that gives a whole new dimension to the life on water. Equipped with modern amenities of life, the new floating house concept by the Italian designer offers an innovative solution for the problem cramped spaces in coastal environment. Made of aluminum and fiberglass, the TubiQ comes in different dimensions and color options so users may pick one according to their needs and likings. The price of the floating houses varies between $349,413 (€240,000) and $58,985 (€590,000) according to the space and facilities required by the residents.
