Structural Foam Wheelchair moves effortlessly over rough terrain
Naresh Chauhan | Sep 8 2009

Essentially designed for developing nations, the “Structural Foam Wheelchair” is a portable wheeled mobility device that lets the disabled move briskly and effortlessly over rough terrain. Designed to be pulled both manually and with motorized propulsion, the new wheelchair is finished in foam, which not only makes it light in weight but low in price as well. Chemically resistant parts give the strength of metal to the wheelchair, making it rust-free and durable in different weather conditions. Moreover, the Structural Foam Wheelchair is shock resistant and can be made of 100% recycled/ recyclable materials, letting the users play their part in sustaining the environment.
