Sketch lamp twists its head upside down to become a light box

Light tables are usually too bulky to be moved around from one place to another. Providing a solution, designer Hung-Ming Chen from Hommin design studio, in collaboration with Stockholm designer Ninna Kapadia, has come up with an innovative desk lamp that doubles as a light box for professional designers. Hailed as “Sketch,” the table lamp apart from being a regular desk lamp twists its head upside down to lie flat on the desk to be used as a light table. Accommodating A4-sized paper, the light box is ideal to draw small sketches that the users can move with with ease.
